IEEE ISAIA 2026 conference utilizes a single-blind review process. All submitted manuscripts will be reviewed by two or three experts from the committees and related areas.
Accepted and presented papers will be copyrighted by IEEE and published in the conference proceedings. Upon successful completion of the IEEE quality review process, the proceedings will be eligible for inclusion in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library. Following the conference, the papers will also be submitted for indexing in Scopus and Ei Compendex, subject to meeting the respective indexing requirements.
