To ensure the accepted papers are included in the conference proceedings and submitted to IEEE Xplore, authors must complete the final paper submission and the electronic IEEE copyright form by August 15, 2026. Please carefully follow the instructions below.
1. Revising your paper
1.1. Please revise your paper based on the comments provided by reviewers. This is the final version of your paper; no further changes can be made after this submission.
1.2. Please ensure that the final paper does not exceed six (6) pages. A $100 overlength fee will be charged for each page exceeding the six-page limit. Manuscripts may exceed the limit by no more than two additional pages.
2. Conference registration
If you have not registered your accepted paper, please complete the registration using the guidelines here: https://www.ieeeisaia.com/registration. The Early Bird Registration deadline is August 31, 2026. Please skip this step if you have registered.
3. Formatting your paper and validating it by the IEEE PDF eXpress Site
All final papers must be IEEE Xplore-compatible.
3.1. Template: Ensure your paper follows the standard IEEE Two-Column Format: https://www.ieeeisaia.com/submissions.
3.2. Validation: You must pass your PDF through the IEEE PDF eXpress tool before uploading it to EasyChair.
Log in to the IEEE PDF eXpress site: https://ieee-pdf-express.org/account/login.
First-time users should do the following:
(1) Create Account.
(2) Enter the following:
➡️Conference ID: 70318X
➡️Your email address
➡️A password
(3) Continue to enter information as prompted. An Online confirmation will be displayed, and an email confirmation will be sent verifying your account setup.
Previous users of PDF eXpress need to follow the above steps, but should enter the same password that was used for previous conferences. Verify that your contact information is valid.
3.3. After your paper passes the IEEE PDF eXpress compatibility checking, you will receive a confirmation email validating your paper's compatibility. Papers that fail PDF eXpress compatibility validation will not be included in the proceedings.
4. Electronic IEEE Copyright Form (eCF)
IEEE requires a signed copyright release for every paper.
4.1. Corresponding author(s), please log in to the EasyChair -> Locate your accepted paper(s) by clicking “proceedings author (IEEE Proceedings)” -> Click "Sign Copyright Agreement" link in your submission.
4.2. Follow the automated steps to complete the electronic signature.
5. Final paper upload to EasyChair
Once you have your IEEE PDF eXpress validated final paper and have signed the copyright form:
5.1. Log in to EasyChair -> Locate your accepted paper(s) by clicking “proceedings author (IEEE Proceedings)”->Click “Upload new version” in the upper-right corner.
5.2. Upload your final paper (the version validated by IEEE PDF eXpress Site).
