Conference Policies

Paper Uploads

• Each Full Registration covers up to two (2) papers.

• Each Student Registration covers one (1) paper.

• Registrations cannot be shared and may only be used to submit papers for which the registrant is an author or co-author.

• Authors of accepted papers are not eligible to register as guests or additional attendees. If they are attending the conference and presenting a paper, they must register under either the Full Registration or Student Registration category.

Award Banquet and Dinner

The Award Banquet and Dinner ticket for October 10 is not included with either the Full Registration or Student Registration. Attendees who wish to participate in the award banquet, dinner, and social event must purchase a separate ticket in the registration system.

IEEE Members or IEEE Student Members

To qualify for the IEEE Member or IEEE Student Member registration rate, participants must be current IEEE members. If you are not yet a member, please enroll through the IEEE Membership website: https://www.ieee.org/membership. During conference registration, enter your IEEE Membership ID in the registration system as proof of your current membership. The conference organizers reserve the right to request additional documentation to verify IEEE membership, if necessary.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Registration fees for IEEE ISAIA 2026 are refundable under the following conditions:

• Cancellation requests received on or before September 20, 2026, are eligible for a refund, subject to a 25% of the registration fee.

• No refunds will be issued for cancellation requests received after September 20, 2026.

• Approved refunds will be processed after the conclusion of the conference using the original method of payment whenever possible.
